A GUIDE ON HOW TO ORDER (PRE-ORDER)

  1. Fill out our Order Form

  2. Check your inbox for the Confirmation Email

  3. Pay the downpayment/ full payment thru the payment channels provided in the email

  4. Fill out our Payment Form so we can verify your payment. This will also serve as your receipt. (Link can be found below the payment details in the email)

  5. Wait for 48 hours before checking the masterlist to see if your payment has reflected

  6. Pay your balance if you have any (All proof of payment should be uploaded through our Payment Form)

  7. Wait for your order/s to arrive in our PH address. We'll send a Shipping Notice Email to all buyers of the batch to confirm your shipping address and ask you to pay for the shipping fee

  8. Fill out the Shipping Form provided in the email. If you have a special request, please input it in the notes section.

  9. Pay for the shipping fee as soon as you can

  10. Wait for us to ship your items

  11. Once you have received your item, please don't forget to post a feedback using #HFPHProofs

We always get tons of messages asking about list of suppliers, promoting their shop and how to start your own kpop shop so here's a piece of advice from the admins of HallyuFinePH:

Managing a shop is not easy. We're not experts and none of us were business majors but we had to plan everything about this business very carefully from scratch. Do your OWN research. We hope you're physically, emotionally, and mentally prepared for all the criticisms and outrageous demands you're gonna get. You need unlimited patience. As much as possible hindi ka magagalit or makikipag-away kahit murahin ka na ng customers. Always be professional.If you're gonna get a supplier, there's a huge possibility na ma-scam ka. You should have a back up plan in case this happens. If it's too cheap, be wary. Sugal talaga pag kukuha ng supplier so we don't have a suki supplier. We can't recommend suppliers to you kasi naghahanap lang kami pag may gusto kami na item. Hindi siya fixed.Since we're working adults, we can afford having credit cards. We buy the sealed stuff directly from the sites ourselves because it's safer that way. Also, our priority is sealed items kasi ang hirap i-disinfect ng unsealed items. Disinfecting them using alcohol or lysol spray may damage the outer material. Never forget that you should ALWAYS disinfect your items!Please be responsible and accountable. We're not trying to scare you but most shops close because they can't handle the responsibility and fix their failures. If you're a minor, do not pull your "But I'm a minor" card whenever something goes wrong. Also, don't bite off more than you can chew. Baka tanggap ka lang ng tanggap ng orders at ma-overwhelm ka sa huli that you can't reply to DMs anymore, madaling araw na nagpapack pa rin kayo. Keep in mind that you have a life outside being a Group Order Manager (GOM) pa rin. Make only necessary sacrifices. Hindi malaki ang kita dito (actually kadalasan wala talagang kita dito) especially when you're just starting and/or selling unsealed items. Think about why you really want to do this and set goals.Lastly, we're sorry we can't promote your shop or items on our page unless we personally know you. We take full responsibility with everything that is posted on our page. We can't vouch for you and your items if we've only just met. I hope you understand. Good luck!☺️

We offer various services including:KOREAN ADDRESS LENDING
>> This is for customers who want to save a little and purchase the items themselves. Customers would have to give their login credentials (email address or username and password) to our admins so our admins can input the the shipping details to the customer's account. This is mandatory so we can avoid misspelled addresses and keep track of your order. You may change your password once our consolidator has confirmed the arrival of your order/s. Since you will be the one to order directly from the online store, pay only ISF which starts at P100-200 PER ITEM (NOT KG) for non-bulky items. This is not a box sharing service. Please kindly note that we will only charge you once you have successfully purchased the item/s you want and you must pay within 24 hours after the successful purchase. PAHANAP
>> This service is for sure buyers only and on pay as you order basis. Customer sets the budget range and the item condition then we look for it in the Korean Marketplace. Once we are able to find the item that fits the budget and meets all conditions, you must pay the full amount as soon as possible so we could secure the item. No service charge. Just pay for the item base price and ISF. You may check our PAHANAP FORM for more details.
PABILI
>> This service is for sure buyers only and you'll pay before we secure your item. A Korean Proxy Buyer will purchase any item you want in any Korean website for P300 per transaction. 1 transaction = 1 check out. For this service, customer would need to pay item base price + kr proxy buyer fee + ISF. Please see our PABILI FORM to know more.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Is your shop legit?
>> Yes, please see #HFPHProofs.
2. Where are you based?
>> We are based in Cavite and Manila. All heavy or bulky items will be designated in Cavite.
3. How many admins are running the shop and are you hiring?
>> We currently have 3 female admins (Admin 🐶 is an engineer, Admins 🐱 and 🐹 are scientists)
and no, we are not hiring. ^^
4. Are your albums and merch official?
>> All items posted for sale are official and counted in the charts unless otherwise stated.
5. What are your modes of payment?
>> We accept BPI, GCash, Paymaya, and Paypal.
6. Why do you charge a P5 convenience fee when we choose Paymaya/GCash as payment method?
>> Since we use our credit cards & paypal to pay for the items, we still need to transfer your payments to our bank accounts. Every bank transfer from GCash and Paymaya to other banks incur convenience fees of P15 and P10, respectively. We split these fees so buyers only pay half.
7. Do you have Cash On Delivery (COD) option?
>> COD is only available for local shipping. Item should be fully paid prior to shipping. However, some onhand items from admins' personal collection may be put on sale in Shopee for COD option from time to time.
8. Do you have a Shopee account and Shopee check out option?
>> We only have personal Shopee accounts and we do not use them for Shopee checkout (sco).
9. Do you have installment plans?
>> Yes, we do. You may send us a DM for more information.
10. What couriers do you use and how much is the local shipping fee?
>> Local shipping fee will depend on size of item and your location. Please see our shipping rates.
11. Why are you charging a handling fee of P30 for same-day delivery (SDD) when the customers are the ones who will book the delivery?"
>> Handling fee covers the cost of packaging, storage fee, and packer's fee. Kindly take note that even if you opt for SDD, your order/s will still be wrapped in 3 layers of bubble wrap like we do for other items not for SDD. We allow our customers to book the deliveries themselves so they could maximize the promos or rewards that they have. Customers also have the option to choose whichever same-day delivery courier offers the cheapest rates but we can also book for them if they want to. You may request to have the handling fee waived BUT we will ship your order/s bare or as is. We don't have paper bags for these. Please do not blame us if you receive a damaged order or missing item.
12. We're moving, can I change my shipping address?
>> Yes, you can. You may change your shipping address when we send you the shipping notice email once your order arrives in our PH address.
13. The item is a gift for a friend/giveaway, can I ship it to their address?
>> Yes, but you still have to input your name and details in the order form. Please wait for us to send you the shipping notice/ shipping address confirmation email so we can ship the order to your friend/GA winner.
14. Do you ship worldwide?
>> Yes, we do ship worldwide via LBC and PHILPOST.
15. I'm ordering for a friend but I will be the one transacting with you, can I input my friend's information in the order form instead?
>> No. For your and our safety, kindly input your name and details in the form. You may input your friend's details in the shipping form instead.
16. Are you open for buying service (pabili) and pahanaps?
>> Yes! Please see our List of Services for more information.
17. What do ETA, DOP, DOO, and POB mean?
>> ETA is Estimated Time of Arrival. There are 2 types of ETAs: Normal ETA and Fast ETA. Normal ETA takes about 4-6 weeks before your orders arrive. Fast ETA takes 1-2 weeks only. It's fast but it's more expensive. DOP and DOO mean Deadline of Payment and Deadline of Order, respectively. These are important dates that you have to remember. Lastly, POB means Pre-order Benefit. These are special gifts you will receive from the retail stores (Ktown4u, Apple Music, Aladin, Synarra, etc.) or the label (YG, SM, JYP, Bighit, etc.) when you order before the item is released to the public.
18. What is the status of my order?
>>We post weekly updates every saturday using the hashtag #HFPHUpdates and update the Masterlist at least 3x a week. Please check those first before sending us a DM.
